Monday morning saw Bradworthy Academy Class 4 make their second visit to Julians.
Starting off at a natural spring, following it down the waterfall and taking water samples for filtration testing, Class 4 had a very busy morning. This is all part of the classroom topic on Rivers and the Water Cycle.
They followed the stream all the way to the River Torridge, taking samples for testing at several different locations. Along the way, we had a few exciting encounters with local wildlife, including seeing 4 Deer down on the Culm and hunting for the caterpillar of the Marsh Fritillery Butterfly.
